Publishing Assets

Submit knowledge-base snapshots or skill versions to the UnieAI Marketplace and manage review states and fees.

The assets users can currently submit to the UnieAI Marketplace are knowledge-base snapshots and skill versions. Customize Models, base models, SQL databases, API tools, and Remote MCP Servers do not use this user publishing workflow.

A skill's initial draft cannot be submitted. Save a formal version in the skill editor before selecting it on the Publishing page.

Publish a knowledge base

Open the knowledge base from My assets → My knowledge base, then open its Settings.
Under Release → Snapshots, create and preview a snapshot. You can also use Manage snapshots from the Publishing page.
Open Release → Publishing and click Publish to Marketplace.
Select a snapshot, enter the required Description, and set a price. Icon and cover images are optional.
Review the displayed listing fee and sales commission. A configured listing fee is charged to the personal or organization wallet that owns the asset at submission time.
Confirm the selected snapshot and description in the checklist, then click Submit for review.

Submission makes the knowledge base publicly accessible and creates a pending review. Approval applies to the selected snapshot, not the continuously changing live content. Later uploads, deletions, or reprocessing do not rewrite an approved snapshot.

A new submission supersedes any other pending submission. If an approved snapshot already exists and a newer submission is rejected, the earlier approved snapshot remains available.

Publish a skill

Open your own skill from My assets → My skills. Complete its name, short description, and content, then save a formal version.
Open the skill's Settings, then select Release → Publishing.
Click Publish to Marketplace and select the version to submit.
Enter the required Description and a price. Icon and cover images are optional.
Review the listing fee and sales commission, then click Submit for review.

A skill can have multiple approved versions. Store users can import an approved version and explicitly update their workspace copy later. Resubmitting a version that has already been reviewed creates the next version to carry the updated Marketplace details into a new review.

A Marketplace-imported skill is a source-linked workspace copy. Its publishing controls remain read-only, and that imported copy cannot be resubmitted.

Administrators can approve, reject, or remove Marketplace content. A knowledge-base creator or co-editor can withdraw its pending or approved listing from the Publishing page. Removal of a published skill is currently an administrator operation.

Fees and settlement

  • Listing fee: charged on each review submission. A positive fee requires sufficient wallet balance.
  • Platform commission: deducted from a paid sale before the net proceeds are credited to the publisher's wallet.

Assets in a personal workspace use the personal wallet. Assets in an organization workspace use that organization's wallet. Rates are configurable and are not permanent plan constants.

Update published content

  • Knowledge base: create a new snapshot, select it, and submit again. Pending and approved snapshots are tracked separately.
  • Skill: save a new version and submit it. Existing imported copies are not overwritten; users must choose to update.
  • Editing live knowledge-base documents or a skill workspace copy never bypasses Marketplace review.
